Dr. Angela Gwak, MFT, PhD · NY & NJ Licensed Asian American PsychologistDr. Angela Gwak is a Columbia University-trained Asian American psychologist and the founder of Resonance Psychology, based in Manhattan, New York. She's passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clinical excellence is valued and a safe refuge is fostered for both her clients and her clinicians.
With 19 years of clinical experience, she brings expertise in the treatment of trauma (PTSD and cPTSD), anxiety, self-esteem, depression, Asian American and BIPOC mental health, spirituality, and multicultural identity concerns. She also specializes in relational difficulties in various contexts.

From there, we'll create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
