JOB POSITION:
We are hiring Licensed Psychologists to join our growing full-fee private practice based in Manhattan, NY. The psychologists will be available to see at least 15 clients per week during their first year of part-time status employment, working towards a full-time status of 20-25 clients per week. Availability for some in-person and afternoon shifts is needed (e.g. 2pm-8pm). Preference will be given to psychologists who are willing to commit to a minimum of 2 years of employment. The candidates must be motivated to collaborate with the practice to develop and build a successful caseload. They will network in the community as needed with the practice assistance, complete timely and accurate clinical paperwork, engage in practice-sponsored peer supervision and training, participate in team meetings, demonstrate flexibility, and be self-motivated. The psychologists must be willing to be trained to work in a full-fee private practice setting. They must also have experience working with high-functioning clients of diverse backgrounds and be well-versed in at least one evidence-based and one relational modality.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful completion of doctoral level degree (e.g. PhD, PsyD) from an accredited graduate school in clinical or counseling psychology.
Proof of New York and/or New Jersey State psychology license in good standing and unrestricted license to practice.
Postgraduate clinical experience a must.
Competencies in at least one evidence-based therapy and one relational model.
Competencies in trauma-informed therapy and multiculturally attuned approaches.
Strong references that attest to professionalism, timely documentation, organizational skills, and clinical competence.
Preference will be giving to psychologists willing to grow their caseload towards full-time status.
Interests in providing future clinical supervision to trainees a plus.
Experience working with high functioning, BIPOC, and Asian American clients are encouraged to apply.
Ability to comprehend or speak Korean, Chinese, or any other Asian languages is a plus but not necessary.
JOB TYPE & COMPENSATION:
W2 Employee fee-for-service position. $110-140 per session compensation rate.
Part-time (15-19 clients/week) while building a caseload to full-time status (20-25 clients/week).
Please note that the amount of pay will range depending on your weekly billed clinical hours.
Bonuses and pay increases are offered for clinicians with successful retention and performance.
