A boutique practice in a city of millions

New York City is home to more than eight million people navigating the pressures of one of the most demanding cities in the world. Beneath the pace and ambition, many New Yorkers are carrying experiences that deserve more than a hasty solution.

Resonance Psychology is a boutique therapy practice in Manhattan. We work with adults who are ready to do meaningful work, offering thoughtful, individualized care that takes the full context of your life seriously, not just the presenting symptom.

We are not a high-volume platform. We take a limited number of clients so that each person receives the attention their process deserves. Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or returning after a break, we meet you where you are.

  • In-person sessions in Manhattan, 125 East 23rd Street, Suite 606
  • Telehealth throughout New York State
  • Telehealth-only for New Jersey and Florida clients
  • Free 15 to 20 minute consultation call to start

Who we work with

Resonance Psychology serves adults in New York City who are looking for therapy that is thoughtful, culturally aware, and genuinely engaged with the complexities of their lives.

We are particularly well suited to:

  • Asian American New Yorkers navigating intergenerational family dynamics, cultural identity, model minority pressure, and the experience of existing between worlds
  • BIPOC clients who have felt unseen or misunderstood in mainstream mental health spaces
  • Third Culture Kids and multicultural adults processing what it means to never quite belong anywhere, and what it means to finally understand yourself
  • Individuals and couples working through anxiety, trauma, self-esteem struggles, and relationship patterns

You do not need to have it figured out before you reach out. That is what we are here for.
